Beyond the classic Rate, Mix, and Width knobs, the CHO-mini’s Mode switch opens your rig up to near-limitless modulation options. Chorus 1 offers the classic ’70s-style modulation that found its way onto many hit recordings. Chorus 2 provides a different flavor with more expansive rate possibilities that can enable some pleasing tremolo-like textures. The third mode, Flanging, doesn’t function as a traditional flanger. Instead, it emulates a rare chorus pedal from the 1970s. You can think of this mode as a comb-filter phasing effect on the signal, similar to the feedback you’d find on a delay.
