จากการนำเอาโทนเสียงที่เป็น Legendary หรือ ตำนาน ของ Ampeg ที่เป็นแอมป์หลอดในอดีต ที่นักดนตรี และ โปรดิวเซอร์ ระดับโลกไว้วางใจตลอดมาทุกยุคสมัย มาผสมผสานกับดีไซน์ที่ทันสมัยและพกพาได้ง่าย PT-50 และ PT-20 เป็นแอมป์หลอดล้วน (All Tube) ที่ให้ Harmonically และ Rich Tone ที่คมชัด ในขนาด 50 วัต และ 20 วัต ซึ่งเป็นตัวเลือกที่ยอดเยี่ยมในการบันทึกเสียงและฝึกซ้อม รวมไปถึงงาน Live ในอีกระดับหนึ่งอีกด้วย ซึ่ง Ampeg ได้ออกแบบ Tone มาเพื่อตอบสนองการใช้งานของ Player ทุกๆ คน และมีการปรับโทนเสียงที่ง่ายๆ ไม่ซับซ้อนทำให้การปรับแต่โทนบนหน้าตู้ทำได้ง่ายมากๆ และการปรับ Bias สำหรับการเปลี่ยนหลอด สามารถตั้งค่าให้ Match กันระหว่าง หลอดและ Output Transformer และ Preamp ได้อย่างง่ายดาย ไม่ซับซ้อนอีกด้วย PT-20 และ PT-50 ยังมาพร้อมกับฟังค์ชั่น No-Speaker Load ทำให้การ silent recording รวมไปถึง Preamp balanced line out (D.I) ที่สามารถสลับระหว่าง Pre/Post EQ ได้อีกด้วย

The PF-50T is the latest iteration of the design concept that began with the legendary fliptop: a low-wattage all-tube head that delivers sweet and musical tone in the studio and at low-volume gigs. It offers the harmonically rich timbre that only tubes can deliver and its feature-set has the essentials for getting pro-level sound, like a transformer-balanced DI, flexible EQ, and user-adjustable bias control. Pair it with the PF-112HLF for the ultimate compact bass rig.
